you need to download the key bin files then the amiibo bin files. it took me a few minutes to figure it out but it worked perfectly afterwards. if you're on mobile you can load it into ally by opening the file in "files" and clicking the share button and share to ally, or import from the app by holding + until the import button appears
From what I'm finding, it has not yet been added to the database, at least in the app I used. So we may be out of luck until someone adds it, if it's not allowing you to load it on an NFC. I'd have to find out how to do that myself.
